What kind of custom item can I order?

I am open to hearing any and all ideas! Frequent requests include pet items (collars, shirts), wall decor, signage, embroidery, and digital portraits. Custom items are first come, first serve monthly. The number of customs will vary each month depending on the type of project.

What machines/material do you have easy access to?

I use the Cricut EasyPress 2, Cricut Explore 2, a Brother sewing machine, and an iPad Pro. My other materials are typically sourced from stores like Michaels, JoAnn Fabrics, Hobby Lobby, and Amazon. I search several sites for the best pricing at that time to offer you the best deal for your item(s).

Do you make bulk orders?

Yes! Please allow ample time for order processing and shipping varying on the number of items requested.

Where is my package?

I will send you an order confirmation along with an initial shipping date and tracking number. Unfortunately, I have no access to shipping timelines or delays once USPS has received the package. Please contact USPS directly with your order tracking number.

What is your exchange/return policy?

Discounted items are final sale. Customized items may be considered for return or exchange on case by case basis. Request for return or exchange of customized item must be within 14 days of purchase. Stock items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange or return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it in, and in its original packaging. Shipping for returns is the responsibility of the customer. Shipping for approved exchanges is free.

Why should I order from you instead of a professional?

Good question! I am clearly not a professional artist or designer. However, what sets me apart is my flexibility, customer service, and price point. I aim to have as few limitations as possible when it comes to creating a product you love. How much is shipping?

Shipping costs will vary based on USPS rates to your location. If you are local to San Antonio, Texas, please contact me directly to discuss local pick up/delivery options. 

How long will it take for you to make my order?

The processing time will depend on the size, detail, and quantity of your order. You will receive email updates regarding anticipated completion/shipment date.
